AAON, Inc. is engaged in the manufacture and sale of air conditioning and heating equipment consisting of standardized and custom rooftop units, chillers, air handling units, make-up air units, heat recovery units, condensing units and coils. The Company's products serve the commercial and industrial construction and replacement markets. As of December 31, 2005, sales of AAON have been primarily to customers in the United States with foreign sales accounting for less than 4% of its sales during the year ended December 31, 2005. The Company's largest customer in 2005 was Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., which accounted for less than 10% of total sales. The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries are AAON, Inc. (AAON, an Oklahoma corporation), AAON Coil Products, Inc. (ACP) and AAON Canada, Inc., doing business as Air Wise (AAON Canada).
