Abington Community Bancorp, Inc. is a mid-tier holding company for Abington Savings Bank (the Bank). The Bank's wholly owned subsidiaries are ASB Investment Co., Keswick Services II and its wholly owned subsidiaries, and Abington Corp. Abington Mutual Holding Company is the mutual holding company parent of the Company. The Bank is a community oriented savings bank. In addition, it maintains a loan processing office in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania. Ten of its banking offices are located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania and two are in neighboring Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The Bank maintains automated teller machines (ATMs) at all of its banking offices and it also has two offsite ATMs, located at a local grocery store and a local college. The Bank also provides online banking and telephone banking services. In addition to offering loans and deposits, the Bank offers securities and annuities to its customers through an affiliation with a third-party broker-dealer.
