(AmeriServ) is a bank holding company whose principal activity is owning and operating its four wholly owned subsidiary entities, which include its banking subsidiary, AmeriServ Financial Bank (the Bank) and its non-banking subsidiaries, AmeriServ Trust and Financial Services Company (the Trust Company), AmeriServ Life Insurance Company (AmeriServ Life) and AmeriServ Associates, Inc. (AmeriServ Associates). The Bank is a state bank that conducts a general banking business through 22 locations in Allegheny, Cambria, Centre, Somerset and Westmoreland Counties, Pennsylvania. The Trust Company offers traditional trust and union collective investment funds. AmeriServ Life is a captive insurance company. AmeriServ Associates offers investment advisory services.
